When the Holy Spirit moves, all prejudice will be melted away and we will approach God as one brotherhood—When the Holy Spirit moves upon human minds, all petty complaints and accusations between man and his fellow man will be put away.

God’s people are to speak from the place of their purpose.

The binding of Satan, as described in Revelation, marks the beginning of this period. An angel descends, lays hold upon the adversary, and confines him to the bottomless pit so that he may deceive the nations no more until the thousand years are fulfilled.

God’s people must anoint their eyes.

It is His timing that grows our faith as we are obliged to wait and trust in God and His timing makes certain that He, and He alone, gets the glory and praise for pulling us through the time that we may be fashioned without sin.

Our self-concept, also called self-construction, our self-identity, our self-perspective or self-structure is an assembling of principles about ourselves. We must know these things that we not deceive ourselves.

We are people of God. We are according to the faith of God’s elect. We are a people who have fully embraced God's revelation of Himself and His will for His people in Christ Jesus.

We may stray for a season. But he will bring us back. Clouds may gather and faith may falter, but those who are justified will not stumble so as to fall utterly.

We might then wonder, coming from so high a Being, what must be the sounding of the God who cries. Could it be a voice that reminds us of where we stand with such a holy God?

These twin scenes, separated by the thousand years, allow us to see God’s wisdom in ordering history: first the public unmasking and judicial disposal of religious counterfeiters who led the guilty to perdition...

Knowing the time is not the objective of our studies. Our objective must be our readiness. This can only be accomplished in our clinging to every word of God.

Urge, advise, encourage, warn and rebuke with full authority. Let none of us refrain from teaching truth.

The question is not whether we love God or love others, but whether God is loved as God—without rival, without displacement, without substitution—so that every other love finds its proper place beneath Him rather than beside Him.

1 Samuel 16[7] But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.

European invaders to North America used the Bible to convert and control indigenous Americans. Some Native Americans in turn adopted biblical messages, but they often adapted them to their own national, cultural purposes.

The true watchman must learn to stand alone if necessary, unmoved by the compromises of the multitude, and ready to sound the alarm even when it is unpopular.

The clearest and controlling definition of the Morning Star is given by Jesus Himself. In Revelation 22:16, Christ declares, “I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright and Morning Star.” This statement leaves no ambiguity. He is not merely a sign of the dawn—He is the dawn.

Trusting in God’s grace is allowing His love and power to flow through us to inform our free will and our intentions of His purpose.

Let’s reason: Jesus is understood to be not only the path to eternal life but as the very embodiment of that life.

Faith is something that is certain but not yet fully realized in our present experience.
