How to become vegetarian

I saw a Vegetarian cartoon where a large man asked a thin man "where do you get your protein?". Ha ha. OK you had to see it. Body size does not correlate to good health.

First get some education and learn which proteins are healthy for your body. Proteins are large biological molecules with amino acids that operate within the body. About 500 known amino acids have been identified. Amino acids have an effect on the purpose of arteries, glands, organs, and tendons. Furthermore, they are important for healing wounds and repairing tissue, especially in the muscles, bones, skin and hair as well as for the removal of all kinds of waste deposits produced in connection with the metabolism. Metabolism allows organisms to grow and reproduce, and maintain their structures. Bottom line: you could not live without any of these living structures.

Proteins include beans, nuts, soy products, eggs, seeds (and all flesh meats like chicken). But this is a vegetarian website, so we won't discuss any dead proteins, like chicken, unless we are discussing the effects of consuming those dead proteins. We are focused on living proteins. Review the website links below:
