Vegetarian Cookbooks

A vegetarian is a person who does not eat meat and sometimes other animal products for moral, religious, or health reasons.

We have carefully selected these books in consideration of your health and combed through the best vegetarian cookbooks for healthful living, including recipes with almond/rice/coconut/soy milk recipes - all are dairy free. Most recipes are free of refined sugars, meat-free, no excitotoxins (MSG: monosodium glutamate), and promote good health.

If you are looking for recipes for "meatless Mondays", this site is FULL of recipe ideas - or you could buy one of these cookbooks. We are GROWING the recipe list EVERY DAY, so check back periodically.

The Sisters have been doing this (cooking naturally) for over ten years, so between the five of us, you can reap the benefits of our experience. The recipes require NO DAIRY, NO ALCOHOL, NO REFINED SUGARS, NO FLESH MEAT, , NO ARTIFICAL PRESERVATIVES, and NO HARMFUL CHEMICALS. This may sound too "strict", but it's recommended for your health.

Please suggest to us if there are any additional items you would like to see added to the list. You may contact us at contact@naturallyvegetarians.com
