International Vegetarian Recipes
Internationally, there are all kinds of vegetarian seafood recipes: vegetarian fish, shrimp, crab, lobster, scallops, eel, tuna, clams, oysters, you name it. And there are many recipes using these alternative ingredients. Today, it is too dangerous to eat fish due to the mercury content and carbonate in the water. Experiments have found that the fish in today's oceans have lost their self-preservation instincts - they are suicidal. The shells of oysters and clams are too deformed to form the calcium for the shell. And if you research further, you will find that seafood carries bacteria and viruses that can be passed on to humans, causing serious illness. So what to do? One alternative is to eat vegetarian seafood which is made from kelp and possibly made of konjac powder (a huge plant that grows two to three feet high) also known as yam cake. Konjac is grown in Asia, Japan, Indonesia, and China and tastes a lot like fish. Same goes for kelp, which is wrapped in the "meat" and consumed like fish - even tastes "fishy" (no pun intended).
