Naturally Delizioso Pizza
Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Bag Boca Meat (16 oz)
1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
1 Orange Bell Pepper, sliced
1 Whole Onion, Diced
1 Can Black Olives, Sliced
5 Green Onions, Diced
2 Tablespoons Basil, Dried
2 Tablespoons Oregano, Dried
1 teaspoon Thyme, Dried
1 Tablespoon Parsley, Dried
3 Tablespoons Fennel Seeds
1 Italian Sausage, Sliced (opt)
Directions:
1. Saute all ingredients for 15 minutes and freeze. When your are ready to make a pizza, thaw out the ingredients (you should have separate containers, labeled, and dated).
2. When you are ready to make one, use a ready-made pizza crust (read the ingredient list):
3. And cover the crust with Olive oil (to the end of the crust)
4. Spinkle Oregano, Basil, Fennel Seeds
5. Spread the sauce evenly. STOP the sauce BEFORE the edge.
6. Pizza Mix.
7. Cook for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees or until the crust you desire. If want fresh basil on it, remove it 2 minutes before the alarm goes off, then continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
8. Serve with a Peperoncino.
9. Yields 12 mini pizza crusts (6-9 inches).
