Boca Vegan Burgers: A Tasty, Plant-Based Burger Option

Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Mrs Dash
1/2 teaspoon Tony Cachere Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt or Pink Himalayan Salt
4 Onion Slices, thinly sliced
Naturally Mayo, as needed
Naturally Mustard, as needed
Directions:
1. Cook Boca Burger Vegan Patties for 4-10 minutes on each side.
2. Add onions.
3. Then flip patties and stir onions.
4. While the patties are browning, cut tomatoes and lettuce, set aside.
5. When the patties are brown, set the patties aside in foil and put Naturally Mayo on them to cook the flavor into them (about 5 minutes only).
6. You will know when they are done by touching them with your knuckles.
7. Top with patties firstly with the Naturally Mayo and Naturally Mustard, then top with the pattie and caramelized onions.
8. Notice the Naturally Mayo is "cooked into the bun".
9. Top the burger with the "flat" ingredients before adding the "lumpy" stuff (lettuce).
