Ingredients:
1 pound Firm Tofu, drained
4 Green Onions, diced
1/2 Red Onion OR Yellow Onions, finely diced
1/3 Cup ChikN Style Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Basil, dried
1/2 Tablespoon Turmeric, dried
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash
1/2 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
2 Tablespoons Corn Oil
Dash Cayenne
Pinch Pink Himalayan Salt (or) Sea Salt
Handful Spinach
Handful Cherry Tomatoes, sliced
Directions:
Place tofu in a large bowl, break up tofu by hand. Cut up Red Onions, finely diced.
Add the Green Onions, ChikN Style Seasoning, Basil, Turmeric, Garlic Powder, Cayenne, Mrs. Dash, Cajun Seasoning, Salt, and stir.
Put Corn Oil on Medium Heat in a cast iron skillet. Place Tofu mixture in the skillet, allow it to brown before turning (about 10-15 minutes). Serve hot or warm. Refrigerate for up to one week.

3 Tablespoons Onion Powder
2-1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Sea Salt OR Pink Himalayan Salt

1-1/2 Paprika
1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
