Naturally Peach Cobbler

Peach Cobbler

This healthy peach cobbler offers all the deliciousness of the classic dessert with a nutritious twist. Made with juicy, ripe peaches sweetened naturally with maple syrup. This version reduces refined sugars and butter, relying on the natural sweetness of the fruit and wholesome ingredients. Perfect for a lighter dessert that still feels indulgent, this peach cobbler is a guilt-free treat that’s sure to satisfy your sweet tooth!

This recipe is called "natural" because we use cinnamon instead of coriander, nutmeg instead of cardamom. Too much cinnamon can cause liver damage. And nutmeg has myristicin, which can cause vomiting, hallucinations, convulsions, and/or circulatory problems. It can also can be used an insecticide, athough a bit expensive for that use.
