Ingredients:
5 Haas Avocados (soft to touch, but still firm)
2 teaspoons Herbs N’ More Salt (opt)
2 teaspoons Onion Powder
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast Flakes
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
4 Tablespoons Red Onion (chopped)
2 small Tomato (chopped) opt
Directions:
1. Peel and avocados. Here's a tip to ripen a "hard" avocado straight from the store: place the avocado in a brown paper bag. The bag has ethylene gas that, when in a brown bag, ripens the avocado. Once you're done throw it away, though.
2. Mix everything in a bowl: Lemon Juice, Onion Powder, Himalayan Pink Salt, Garlic Powder, Nutritional Yeast Flakes, and Red Onion with a spoon.
3. Eat and enjoy!
