Aubergine Burger
Eggplant burgers are a flavorful and satisfying plant-based alternative, perfect for a hearty meal. Made from roasted, fried, or grilled eggplant, these burgers are seasoned with garlic, herbs, and spices for a rich, umami flavor. The eggplant’s tender texture creates a juicy, meaty bite, while breadcrumbs help bind the patties together. Served on a bun with your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, and vegan mayo, these eggplant burgers are a delicious and nutritious choice for vegetarians and anyone looking for a healthy, plant-based option!
