Naturally Cole Slaw

Ingredients:
1 Large Cabbage, quartered into small pieces
4 Carrots, washed
1 1/2 Cups Vegan Mayonnaise
7 Tablespoons Cane Sugar
2 teaspoons Celery Seed
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 teaspoons Pink Himalayan Salt
Directions:
1. Shred the Cabbage in a food processor (may have to transfer the cabbage out as the food processor fills up).
3. Shred the Carrots.
4. Add the Vegan Mayonnaise
5. Stir together the Mayo, Carrots and Cabbage evenly. Add the Lemon Juice (seeds removed). Here is a clippette of it stirring evenly:
6. Add the Cane Sugar, Salt, and Celery Seeds evenly and stir.
7. Serve cold.
