Raw Jackfruit Tuna

Kelp has been linked to many health benefits, including cancer prevention, thyroid regulation and weight management and is rich in a little-known mineral called vanadium, which is being studied as an important regulator of insulin and blood sugar per WebMD. Jackfruit is a large fruit which hangs from trees and is used a meat-alternative for pork and chicken sandwiches. It basically has no flavor, so you can make what you want out of it!

Ingredients:
1 Can Jackfruit, drained
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt Or Pink Himalayan Salt
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne
1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard
3 teaspoons Kelp Powder
7 Tablespoons Vegannaise
1 teaspoon Dill
1 teaspoon Marjoram
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Celery Seeds (optional)
1 small Onion, small, chopped, approx 1/2 cup
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, chopped, approx 1/2 cup
1 stick Celery, chopped, approx 1/2 cup
Directions:
1. Drain and chop the Jackfruit in a food processor.
2. Chop the vegetables.
3. Mix all ingredients and serve on bread or crackers. Eat and Enjoy!
